Established in 1995, as a wholly foreign invested company, Nanjing Sannneg Instrument Co., Ltd. is a company of static energy meters in China. Today, Sanneng is well known for technological advanced Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) and anti-tampering system. Through extensive research and development, Sanneng has developed the world's first wireless anti-tampering system and mesh PLC AMR system. Sanneng provides utilities worldwide with unique products that deliver operational and cost effective solutions. 

Sanneng believes in the quality of the people and products. As early as 1998, Sanneng has received ISO9001 quality management system and was later updated to ISO9001:2001 by Moody International Certification Limited. Today, Sanneng is one of the very few companies in China that has attained KEMA certification, CE and SGS certification for EN 62052-11:2001 and EN 62053-11:2001. Sanneng has also won many prestigious local certifications such as "Innovative and High Technology Award", "Highest Science Technology Achievement Prize", "Power Line Carrier Communication Certification" and "Jiangsu Provincial Famous Brand Product". 

Building on our expertise and creativity, Sanneng places great emphasis in R&D. Up to 15% of annual budget is allocated to research and development of advanced products to help our customers meet the challenges of the twenty first century.
